Terms and Conditions of use:
CONTRACT FOR USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE UNICORN RACKET
CLUB
I. GENERAL RULES OF THE FACILITIES
Prohibitions:
● Bicycles, balls, skates, skateboards, or similar objects that could cause
inconvenience to other users and the activities for which the facilities are designed
are not allowed.
● Animals are not allowed in the facility, except for "Selva,
" a Rhodesian Ridgeback
who takes care of the club.
● Access to the facility will not be allowed if there is suspicion of intoxication or clear
unconsciousness.
● Professional activities are not allowed inside the facility unless the individual is part of
the club’s staff or has obtained prior consent from the Management.
● Access to the courts with ball carts is not permitted, except for the club's monitors
and coaches.
Equipment Requirements:
● Users must bring appropriate sports equipment and footwear to use the club's sports
services. Tank tops and shoes with black soles are not allowed.
User Behavior:
● After using the services, users must avoid leaving utensils or bottles behind. Waste
must be disposed of in the trash bins.
● If a user notices any anomaly or damage to the facility, they must report it at the
club’s reception.
● Moving furniture from its designated place is not allowed unless expressly authorized
by the club staff.
Payment and Cancellation:
● All contracted services must be paid for before use. No refunds will be issued outside
the specified deadlines outlined in each area's regulations. Refunds will always be
credited to the client’s wallet balance.
● Passes, subscriptions, and access fees are non-cancelable once contracted. Each
pass has a specific duration, which should be checked in the corresponding area.
Users contracting a pass/subscription agree to its expiration and conditions.
Unawareness of the expiration date does not entitle the user to file a complaint.
● If the court was reserved through Playtomic, cancellations must be made via the app
to receive a refund to the same payment method used.Use of locker rooms
● Use of the locker rooms is restricted to members of any membership category. No
one without membership will have access to them.
II. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
● The club is not responsible for injuries that may arise from sports activities.
● The facilities are equipped with image recording systems.
● The club reserves the right of admission.
● Every user has the right to demand compliance with these rules through the club’s
employees and facility managers. If necessary, the user may request the
presentation of complaint or suggestion forms.
● Users who misuse the facilities, cause intentional damage, disrupt harmony, or fail to
respect the rules may be expelled from the premises and banned from using the
facilities for a period determined by the club.
III. COURT RESERVATIONS
Duration and Conditions of Reservation:
● Court reservations are in time slots of 60 or 90 minutes, with a maximum of 4 players
per court.
● Reservations and payment for the courts must be made exclusively through the
Playtomic app.
● The court reservation is not guaranteed until the corresponding payment is made.
● Covered courts are primarily for the use of the school, and courts not used by the
school will be available to users.
Conditions of Use:
● In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure preventing the use of the
courts, the reservation will be moved to another day chosen by the players. The
rental fee will not be refunded. The club will make the final decision regarding
reservation cancellations.
Cancellation of Reservations:
● Court reservations can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the reserved
time. No refunds or changes will be allowed after this period.
IV. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND GYM USE
Fees and Conditions:
● Gym: €110/month (see discounts). Minors under 15 years must present authorization
from their parents/guardians. It is recommended to reserve classes via the
SPORTCLUBBY app to secure a spot, as all activities have limited capacity.
● Paddle: €80/month. Court usage: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and
weekends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.●
A one-time registration fee of €30 is required for new customers for both Paddle and
Gym.
● There is no mandatory commitment. If a client cancels within a month, they do not
need to pay the registration fee again. If the client cancels for more than a month (32
days or more), they will be considered a new client and will need to pay the
registration fee again.
● Clients have access to the facilities under the published rules and during the
established hours.
● All members must provide a copy of an identification document.
Cancellation of Membership:
● To cancel any membership, the user must notify by email to info@unicornracket.com
with one month's notice to avoid the charge for the next month.
V. USE OF PASSES
● All passes are personal and non-transferable, and they will be valid for one year from
the date of purchase.
● Passes cannot be canceled or refunded.
